Although, the process ended up taking much longer than likely either party anticipated due to a slight delay on the vehicle arriving to the dealership and then several weeks of unexpected travel complications on my end after it had arrived. Tony was great throughout the process and made sure to give me updates on the unit making its way to the store, and was extremely accommodating after the vehicle arrived and I was not able to pick it up for several weeks. Tony kept in touch throughout and went out of his way to ensure a smooth delivery when I was finally able to pick up the car. Even after the drawn out process Tony still took the time for a thorough delivery that was full of useful pointers. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Ford.

The whole process of factory ordering a vehicle was transparent, efficient and fair (and the dealership was not oversold on vehicles to my wait was not too long).
