★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to spend, so that made it easy. Dave Porier was easy to work with and did not try to sell me anything that I did not want/wasn't interested in. I even twisted his arm into a few things I was adamant on having with my new vehicle. The entire Nisku Ford team was easy to work with, and incredibly detailed when it came to walking be through the process. I also worked with Zach and Matt, who were great at walking me through the finance side of things. 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took James King 13 long years to finally convince me to even look at a Ford without flinching from disgust.
James held my hand as we walked through the showroom, gently patting my hand and saying "it'll be ok"
After taking a moment to collect myself, I looked at 2021 F-150. James listed all the features without coming across aggressive or pushy. He knew I'd have to be gently talked to. I finally worked up the courage to take the truck for a test drive. What I tight would feel more like a session in a dentist chair surprisingly felt more like a wonderful Thai massage with a happy ending....uh..So I've been told.
After the test drive, I was pleasantly surprised. I told James we can start talking numbers. From there, it was absolutely amazing to deal with. The price was right for both of us and now James gets to brag to his kids how he "converted" me to be a Ford owner.
A month later...I am a fan of not only the Ford truck I bought, but of that smooth talking devil James King as well. I highly recommend dealing with nisku Ford and James king and I will do so again in the future. You know...because Ford's are always breaking down.

They treated me with respect and worked with me to find a vehicle I was happy with that fit my budget and my wishes and not like a piggy bank to be nickle and dimed over the next few years. Everything was laid out clearly and professionally. When I said no to something they didn't bring in another sales manager to try and convince me I was wrong and why I needed it. This was my third dealership bought vehicle, my first one from Nisku Ford, and the only experience that didn't leave me driving away with a bitter taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to love dealerships but trust me when I say these people are honest good folks. I had Clint from service give me the lowest quote in all of edmonton for parts and labor. Earl from parts got me the part and even gave me money back when the price was less than the original part number price! And the rest of the Nisku was all lovely to deal with. Happy to have gone to the dealership for once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our vehicle at another Ford dealership in Leduc to address a leaking coolant issue. We were without the vehicle for 3 days (one day because they forgot to put it in the shop) while they took a look at it. We were then told there was no issue, and after the issue persisted we took the truck to Nisku Ford. They had the issue diagnosed within the day, warranty authorization and parts ordered. The next day it was fixed. They were clear on the repairs they were doing all while being professional and extremely helpful. The shuttle driver was also extremely friendly and made sure that I was taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how my vehicle was returned to me. You would think that after spending 1900 dollars they would have washed it first, now I have to wash and compound the scratches out. DONNA was excellent to deal with and very helpful, but pretty frustrating that this happened
