★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a groupon for OK Tire and I called in to see whether it went through and if I could book an appt for an oil change. I’m not sure if the person I spoke to was having a bad day but he was rude which turned me off completely. I feel it’s very important to be courteous and professional over the phone and use a neutral tone as now they’ve just lost a potential customer. I can’t speak to their hands-on service but I’m hoping they will learn from this. Very unfortunate as I see they’ve had good reviews. Please do better for the sake of your business. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently brought in two vehicles for oil changes and 10-point checks. Staff was courteous and efficient. The work was done well, the facilities were clean and modern, and my experience on both visits was very good. The visits were well worth the 20-minute drive from where I live in Edmonton! I will visit OK Tire in Nisku again and recommend this business to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In front of their shop I checked the oil level of my vehicles after they did an oil change for both.
Both has the oil burned, not as bad as it was before, but when I talked to my mechanic over the phone, he said that something wasn't right.
So, I phoned the shop and asked about the issue, the guy over the phone got defensive telling me that if I think that they didn't change the oil or filter. He said that the reason is that the engine has impurities that make the new oil, right way, dark. Well, according to a mechanic from Ford, no... engines don't do that right away.
My advice is please save your money and go somewhere else. I paid 29.99 for each oil change, but now I have to change the oil again, it will cost me more than if I were going to Ford in the first time.
And please, at least get your guy re-train on how to treat customers right.
Updated: I received a call from the manager and offer me to go to the shop and show me that everything was done right.
Once I do that I'll change my review.
Ok, I told you I'll be going soon as I don't live around your shop.
I won't be wasting my time, no need to call me a liar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my vehicle to get winter tires put on it - and regret it.
The existing all season tires had with less than 1000km on them, as they were purchased 2 weeks ago. Not only did they damage 2 of the tires they removed, they tried to hide it from me.
Only after I brought the vehicle home and removed the removed tires from their bags did I see the problem. When I called them, they (at first) admitted to damaging a tire and asked for photos to determine how best to solve the problem.
However, two days later they changed their story and stated that they did not damage the tires - and therefore they would not cover their replacement. They instead offered by 150 off my next service. They say that them initially saying it was their fault (and hiding it from me) was simply a miscommunication.
I would highly recommend saving your time and money by going somewhere more reputable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok Tire in Nisku is where I get all my vehicle tires serviced. Easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and fast. A recent flat forced me to evaluate the condition of all my tires, and it all pointed to replacement. I was booked in within 24 hours, charged a fair price, and I was able to work from thier customer lounge while I waited. I suggest you give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute bang on customer service from Cindy. First got my Tire changed there in 2019.Had an issue with my tire and got ahold of Cindy. Since I live in south side Edmonton it wasn’t the first place I called. Got ahold of 2 other shops both dudes telling me yup your gonna need to change 4/4 tired or at the very least 2/4. Said screw it im gonna call ok tire again and see if I got warranty cause I only drove about 1000km on the new rubber. This is what Cindy does. Gives me her number, tells me to text her the tire from this angle and that, diagnoses it herself via text cause she knew I shouldn’t be driving 35km at highway speeds to bring it in to her shop to just look at. Tells me what I should try doing my self at home and bam. Tires fixed. None of them need to be replaced and I ain’t spend a single dollar. Next time I need an oil change or anything else I’m definitely gonna make the trip down to nisku. Been driving now for a week, wanted to wait to see if what she told me to do actually fixed my tire and yup it’s golden. Thank you again Cindy. Appreciate the help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Highway 2 driving south an SUV tire spun a rock which hit the back passenger window of my car. The window shattered with a large hole and lots of broken shards of glass falling into my back seat. I pulled off into Nisku and asked the staff at OK Tire if they had something I could use to cover the window. They were wonderfully helpful, allowing one young man to cut up a box to entirely cover the window with tape all around to keep wind or rain/snow out. I am so grateful for their help and kindness that allowed me to continue on my trip to Canmore where I had the window replaced. Thank you so much!
