★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randheer and his team are the truck and auto whisperers of Fort Saint John. They poured painstaking hours into fixing a major cooling system problem on my Tacoma, working on a Friday night and all day Saturday when no other shop in town would. And I didn’t even need to find them – they found me broken down in a parking lot! The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and Randheer walked me through the process from start to finish to make sure I was comfortable with every part of the work being done.
Randheer and his family not only fixed my truck... they brought me in, fed and housed me as if I were a relative or long-lost friend. True service and hospitality, that is the FSJ way! I’ve dealt with perhaps 50 mechanics over the years in several countries, and for transparency, price, quality, and convenience, there is not one I would recommend more highly than FSJ.

We called FSJ Maintenance last week, my husband was broke down during work at Farmington store. Randheer got parts he needed and went there to fix the truck (wasn't totally fixable there) but he did what needed to be done to make it drivable and gave my husband his personal truck to use and Randheer drove ours back to town to his shop. We were offered a courtesy car and was very reasonable, friendly and kept in contact with us while parts were being ordered. It was our transmission hoses and cooler. He did a complete check over and took pictures and video to show us what else all needed done in future. When the truck was was done his wife and himself delivered it to our house and were very friendly to speak with. His rates were extremely good $50/ hr. He went above and beyond what was required and we will definitely be using him in the future for any work on our vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FSJ Maintenance was incredibly helpful to us. We were on our way back to the U.S. from Alaska and got stuck 20 miles out from Fort St John late at night. FSJ was the only place still open and they came out to help us and stayed well past their hours of operation. Randheer himself even worked hard over the weekend to explore alternative options for us.
They consistently provided us with multiple options. They were very transparent in their intentions and the potential cost of services with them and compared it to the cost of going elsewhere, making it easier for us. It’s notable that their labor cost is $50/hour which is low compared to other services in the area, plus they only charge labor fees when they are actually doing work on your car, not any meeting time.
They showed incredible hospitality and offered us their courtesy vehicle so we could still get around town from lodging to food and activities. Additionally FSJ offered us a place to stay and even presented us with recreational activities to do around the area.
Ultimately it was a lot of bad luck for my car just because the car itself was not in great condition and they looked for different options for us again and again and even had offered one of their old personal vehicles to get us back on the road and home.
FSJ made a stressful situation a lot easier and their service is definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randy, Dipka and the crew did a great job on my pick up. They worked around the clock to make sure the front end on my truck was done right the first time and to professional standards. They used quality parts to replace the broke down pieces, and got my vehicle back to me before the week was through. Great service and the truck drives like a dream!

They are courteous and honest and tell you exactly what is wrong and what repairs need to be done. They even gave me a vehicle to use while working on mine. My brother referred me to FSJ Maintenance and told me they are the only people he will take his vehicles to and l very happy he did. I highly recommend FSJ Maintenance for all your vehicle repairs.

All the work was done on time and for less than my initial quote. I just got my car back but I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not the greatest honestly, the ppl work there great but it’s way overpriced. They told me it’s going to cost me 4800 to fix my car I took it to place in Millwoods area I get it fixed for 1700 with honest mechanical. I notice all their reviews written by someone who’s paid. Or only wrote one review for them for some reason. I called around that day and everyone was busy except them when I seen the reviews I thought hey there’s no way those guys have 5 stars rates and over bad service. Mistaken
