★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst! Three times in a row I have had orders come in. Once was a C.O.D which I was told that I couldn't pay with my debit/visa and the driver was short with me. At the office they were great and helpful. The next time I just happened to walk outside to find my parts for my vehicle sitting out front of my door. Today's delivery again no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell, my roommate comes in to inform me my parts order is sitting outside. I live in the VLC (hood) and things go missing easily. I have tried looking for the office phone number to let them know but cannot find their number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery people are consistently skipping deliveries and marking as "Attempted to deliver". Considering this happens at our business, it's obvious they don't attempt the delivery because we are open every day and during the hours that they deliver. Worst shipper in PG. Use a different one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service in Prince George, yes, even worse than Skip. Pay an arm and a leg for cross border packages, drivers fake delivery attempts, maybe 1 out of 10 packages get delivered. No local phone number? Bush league operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but problems with UPS in prince george says delivered or attempted then call and told we don't deliver there package is being sent back you didn't pick it up.. weird no one called and said it was here. But then the next packed that was shipped by them was delivered but wouldn't release package with out cash they asked for 160 but bill was 146 online??? But I thought you didnt deliver out here or is it just on dsys you feel like??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a phone number listed for the local UPS in pg "the MAIN warehouse" so I had to call the 1800 # waited on hold for 20 was on the phone trying to explain the tracking for prime said it was in pg and never left the main ware house, THE PACKAGE DIDNT ARRIVE , WHO EVER THE DRIVER IS DID NOT COME TO MACKENZIE, P.O BOX O THE HOME ADDRESS AND NEVER EVER DELIVERED IT. ? SO I have to wait on hold to speak to another agent to put in a claim, another gem just rude like arguing that the package has been delivered when there is proof from the tracking from Amazon Prime that it had not left Prince George to even come to the same town so impossible that it had been delivered . The lady said I have to file a claim w prime, but prime tracking in line isn't letting me file a claim w anything BUT UPS, so she didn't open a file I ask for the Prince George main warehouse for UPS where the package was saying it was still the lady on the phone said she couldn't give me the phone number you can't give me the phone number to your own company to track a package that you won't track. So I Googled the UPS in Prince George and there's no phone number for contact it's closed on weekends cuz why would they want to deliver anything's let alone on a weekend. The location is on a busy road and it is hard to find the store is small the staff was rude. So then I had to go online myself and register an account with my email just so I could file a claim and filing the actual claim took 2 seconds, so thanks for nothing STEALING MAIL. RUDE SERVICE AND NOT HELPFUL it's only a good idea to avoid this headache and ups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem with UPS is their tracking and even there logistics are slow and archaic.IPS leave a lot of shipments, parcels and packages sitting on loading docks or warehouse floors until the due to arrive dates then are shipped or delivered. This method allows UPS to charge more money for rush or next day deliveries. I will never recommend UPS to anyone.
