Purolator Driver drove right past my place. Didn't leave a delivery notice, didn't attempt delivery, just stopped for a second, marked the package as "Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable" on their website, and sped off before I could even open the door. If these are the sorts of standards that your employees are held to, you should not be in business. Period.

Their online service is trash, I’m still on the phone with them trying to get my package because they can’t understand addresses. There is a reason they have such a low rating. I would not recommend shipping with this company at all. Being on hold all day to have a 30 second conversation is pathetic. Junk

I LOVE waiting all morning for my package just for the delivery driver to not even KNOCK and just leave a parcel slip so I have to wait until tomorrow to get it. Very nice lazy service ?. Horrible service

First, AND LAST time I deal with these punks ! Packaged was supposed to be received 3 days ago. This was a time sensitive order.. every time I call their # I'm put in a never ending queue and after waiting 45 to an hour I hang up. Package has been at their facility for over 3 days and has not moved or been updated. Should have stuck to FedEx... very disappointing

Poor Service! I specifically got a "Signature Not Required" sticker for deliveries that happened when I was not home. Furthermore, I placed a sign on my other door saying "Deliveries use other door" to ensure that the sticker was seen. None of it mattered. Driver left a notice and I have to pick up my package myself which is an hour and half round trip to the nearest pickup location. When I called they said they would try to deliver it again in 3 days. When I asked why not tomorrow they said it's too late in the day for tomorrow and the next day is a holiday. You'd think they'd try to do everything they can to correct their mistake. I do not recommend using them if you have any other option! Edit: So, apparently SNR stickers do not work on everything. There are some packages that require a person to be present. The problem is when your not home to recieve the package they do not have convenient drop off locations for you to pick it up later. I raised my review to 4 stars from one because they did offer for me to call my local depot and I could work out a time for them to deliver if I had such a package in the future which was very accommodating.

I have been to this location to pick up packages twice now. Both times I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the employee "Stacy"... She was rude, argumentative, and offered no policy behind denying my pickup (with valid ID, proof of residence). When I would request to speak with someone else, she simply says no. When I ask if there is a supervisor I could see or speak to on the phone, She says no. I refuse to have any packages sent through Purolator because of this employee. This is an example of a lack of training in Purolator's policies, customer service, and general respect towards others.

My husband had a horrible experience here. Both workers he talked to were completely rude and unprofessional.Lies about when your package will be delivered. And doesn't follow the instructions on the day we needed to mail to be delivered. When they said they could. It needed to be recieved on certain days as the company's place of business has only has limited specific days they are open because of their covid restrictions.Than another worker he spoke to said they could never do the specific delivery dates. They questioned my husband why he dropped it off so late in the day as if it was his fault. It was a little less than an hour before they close. He explained he has a fulltime job so he had to take time off to make it in time. They said we had to pay so much because of special instructions and getting our mail sent to the specific place and because it weighed a pound. We mailed a cheque. That doesn't weigh a pound, their packaging weighs more than the cheque we needed to mail. If they couldn't do it they should have told us they could we would have figured something else out. They don't seem to care that they provided poor service and provided contradicting information. You should train your employees better and learn how to provide proper customer service and true information on how your mailing service works. We will never go to this location again. The first lady he saw when dropping it off who acted all high and mighty, was rude, and lied you should find another job. Your attitude repells people. Do better!

Decent enough delivery service... However, the girls who answer the phones for this company are very sassy, and rude. I don't think they understand, that their only job is to try and be helpful, and delightful when dealing with customers. It reflects poorly on the people at the company doing the real work.
