★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they tried to deliver my package after I requested a pickup, the counter guy stayed late to wait for the driver to get back, called me, and let me pick it up after hours. Very much appreciated, awesome guy. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and the UPS website wouldn’t work for me and it’s nearly impossible to get someone from the store or on the telephone to be of any assistance. I will NOT be using UPS for receiving any online orders or shipping anything ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice lady at the customer service desk. Wasn't home when the package was delivered, so she stayed an hour and a half after closing waiting for the driver to get back so I could pick it up. Sorry I didn't get your name, but excellent customer service. Not sure why it's poorly rated on here. Above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is the third time ive had an issue with your lazy drivers not knocking on my door and or calling ahead. Our addresses are clearly marked on our windows. Just leaving a sticker on my mailbox doesnt count as trying to reach me. I work 16 hour days and this is unexceptable. And your office isnt open on the only day i could make it in. Oh and by the way one of your guys forgot to lock up and when i opened the door your alarm system went off. This takes the cake
Seems like you all forget how business works and going above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady from customer service department (Lisa ) is very polite and helpful. We missed our mattress delivery but she helped us by understanding our situation. The Gentleman (Driver) was also helpful . He helped us to deliver the mattress till doorsteps. Thank you UPS team Kamloops.
