I have used the big brand store for years, but got tired of being ignored when I picked up prescriptions, and the lengthy turnover time. At universal health pharmacy in Chestermere, they greet me by name, fill prescriptions efficiently in a timely manner, keep track of my medication needs and always treat me with respect. They were so accommodating and transferred us to their other store immediately. Thank you for correcting this in a professional manner.

I went in to pickup an Rx, and one of the medications is not usually covered by my insurance, so they decided to give me the compounded version instead of the caplets because it WAS covered, saving me about $70. I have been using this particular pharmacy for a few years now and have never had anything but incredible and personable service. They are always so wonderful there. Thank you!!
