★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an Xplornet customer for years, with mediocre service and experience, until United Wireless Solutions became my local dealer. I was originally told that the tower was full and that I couldn’t convert to LTE, but that I would be put on a “list”, well low and behold, they called me recently to say that I could now get LTE. It is working great, so I´m just writing this review to say I´m glad they are in the area, and would recommend using them, very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Rogers LTE services at my recreational property in Northern Ontario with very little success for years. From slow connection speeds to ridiculously high prices for a service that was virtually unusable in the peak summer months
I called Mallory and Derek @ united wireless solutions and they were able to provide me with what I had missing all these years. A SOLID internet solution for my recreational property at a reasonable price.
The process was 5 stars from start to finish! From my placing my original order to the install to a consistent connection.
I would highly recommend their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was contracted by Xplornet to come swap out my equipment and recalibrate my LTE Internet. Ended up reducing my Internet quality to garbage. Turns out the tech came, decided he didn't want to climb the tower, and left after messing with the equipment software. Integrated Solutions came and fixed it all and (for the second time) climbed up the 40 foot tower to fix the equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever !! , terrible customer service with people who will yell at you and get angry and annoyed for you trying to get your wifi sorted out , along with impacting wifi and making it slow so that families are wasting money on wifi !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience dealing with United wireless/Derek Caldwell! Our internet was spotty at best and with working from home and having a son online learning as well - we needed help and fast. We had another dealer that came out to service a call that came and went leaving us with a large bill for panel relocation and if you can believe it a slower internet speed of less than 3mps. United wireless saved the day by sending out Derek who was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and someone who truly cares about his clients. How do I know? He not only stayed in touch ahead of the call to gather information but also after to ensure our internet was performing as it should - and no bill to deal with even through he had to relocate our panel again after the last guy. His thoroughness was much appreciated and I will be recommending United Wireless/Derek Caldwell to anyone in the Northumberland area that needs internet solutions!! Many thanks Derek!!!
