Very untrustworthy people whom work in the store. So called "person in charge / manager" Jordan or Jordyn however you spell it. She worked at Subway in Selkirk and always gave my family and I dirty looks after dirty looks. Very poor customer service with her as always. She also helped rob subway with some guy, says a manager in Subway. Left the door opened for him after close while he stole the safe. I would recommend when hiring you call previous jobs to see the history and their performance. Robbed tons from her previous job which I find very untrustworthy. Lost my trust with these people and I am done with their snobby looks. Don't feel safe giving them my account information or anything at all. This makes me want to cancel my services and move to a different provider. When I left the store I heard her talking about me as I was walking out the door.

Brynnan was very helpful. I was hesitant about upgrading my phone but he walked me through my options and was able to send me home with a phone that I so far love.

Went in expecting it to be a hassle between changing provinces, upgrading phones and adding in employment discount and I wasn’t disappointed. However Jordyn took the time to ensure that everything was dealt with before I left. It was one of the few times that I have ever bought a customer service representative of a company a coffee as a thank you for their help. Hats off to Jordyn and the other employees at this location.

Associate Jordyn smith was very rude and combative when I tried to come in for a warranty situation on a brand new iPhone 13 pro. Very displeased with the normally good service from this location.

I had an awesome experience with Rachel today at the Selkirk store. She was thorough and efficient and I left being sure of everything I just signed up for with my new phone & plan. Will definitely return for future service.

Brynnan is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. A definite asset to this location! He was able to answer all our questions, he reviewed my account and was able to suggest changes that were suitable to my needs. I asked about accessories and he recommended without any high pressure sales. I purchased the accessories, left with a new phone, updated contract and impeccable service. I will definitely be back!
