★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First House - Service was amazing and great and no complaints, we ended up cancelling due to moving homes and then reached out to see if they would provide service at our new home location and service from their went downhill. No response to emails or phone calls. Took over two weeks for them to come our and do a drive by to see if they would provide service, after which they finally responded after my spouse tried calling them from a different number saying they needed to set up a tower. Asked them for pricing and still waiting. It has been almost a month now and I have followed up and again no response. Very disappointed.
