★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waits, 3 people passing the buck, put on hold a minimum of 45 minutes, completely useless people answering the phone—they aren’t able to answer the most simple questions. I’m phoning fir my grandson—we would never ever ever use Fido!! Get your act together!! Put people on the ohone who can speak English and don’t work at a call center!
