I hope her manager shed some light on her mind or I hope Rogers would do something or she’s just gonna keep ruining their brand. There was no 0 on here otherwise its a 0 on customer service for Alex. I hope no one else has to get humiliated by her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees at Rogers in Garden City Shopping Center are excellent. I spent a significant amount of time in the store over two visits in May 2021 which allowed plenty of time to observe the employee interactions with customers and they all went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Very experienced team with a lot of knowledge. I dealt with Josh on both visits and he was excellent to deal with. He handled all my questions and concerns professionally and knowledgeably. Josh went the extra mile to ensure I was completely happy with the service I received and the outcome of my many transactions. I highly recommend this location!!
