★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Gave wrong information over phone regarding diabetic and senior person will have to pay only $45 regardless their status in Canada. After the eye test, They asked to pay $105 as she didn't have manitoba health card. It doesn't end here. After the eye test, I was to order the eyeglasses online and noticed PD information is missing. After asking Pearle Vision, the doctor said you have to go through our optical shop to get that, means I have to pay extra to get that information and order glasses through them which starts from $500. What a way to screw up a customer!!! I would never recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased glasses and sunglasses from this location when I went to pick them up I was having trouble getting used to the sunglasses.They told me to try them on my holidays down south and if they were still a issue they would take care of it.To my delight they exchanged them for a different frame and I am very happy of the fit.Would recommend this store to others second prescription glasses through them and will continue to get them there. I am a 42 year eyeglass wearer and have been to many optical stores over the years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend anyone looking for glasses to check out Pearle Vision at Garden City Mall. The gentleman that helped me was Julian, he was very patient and kind. He even helped me decide on which frame looked best on me. Not pushy at all. Excellent customer service. Great deals in helping with the cost as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my glasses from here multiple times,recently when I was there to order new glasses the manager from this store told me that I have red flagged from the institution(that's going to cover my expenses)so they told me only limited things would cover for the frame which I found weird. I decided to reach out to the institution as see what’s cooking here in this matter, upon reaching out to institution that was going to cover the expense the institution told me it's nothing like that vendor playing with you. The institution have not red flagged you. I dont know what going on in this store but really bad customer service and stuff commenting like red flag and stuff like that to the customers which hurts their reputation and image when there is nothing like that is serious thing which someone should really mindful off.
I have recorded the conversation that has happened between myself and the manager and I am further going to BBB to stop this kind of stuff happen to anybody else too.
Worst Customer Service Ever!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is incredibly helpful and patient. I bought my first ever glasses here and was very satisfied with my overall experience. I then, promptly lost one pair of glasses and the staff bent over backwards to help me replace them at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this store, and will be a return customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my eyeglasses in Pearle Vision Garden City mall and I'm very satisfied with them. I feel so welcome and safe in the store as they are following safety from COVID-19. I recommend looking for Julius, he is very good at suggesting what is the best eyeglasses for you and definitely will give you a good deal. No hassle or stress in getting your perfect eyeglasses there! ?
