I called Tim and he came over within an hour, measured up our rooms and had a quote on the spot. Install time was 5 days later! Installers were great and did a great job. Tim has done jobs for friends of mine and for our Church. Always great to work with. Will use no one else for flooring. A+

After that was done he set us up with Keith and his team to install the flooring and it looks fabulous! Marty’s communication between us, the restoration company and Keith was very open so we were all aware what was happening so it went very smooth, this is a great way to give excellent customer service. Late evening of Jan 1, 2022, our basement pipes burst leaving 2 inches of water covering the entirety of the downstairs. It was a lousy way to spend New Years night; cold, wet, and miserable wondering what kind of damage was done. As expected, the insurance and remediation process can be lengthy and we often found our stress levels go through the roof. Through these challenges, there were amazing people to support us during this process, one of which was Marty Walton. He's been in the flooring business for decades and his experience shone through. Of equal (if not greater value) was his patience and willingness to listen to our concerns and his earnestness to do everything he could to help support the process. Even with supply chain hiccups, Marty was there to offer support and alternatives and solutions to problems. With his invaluable help, we ended up with terrific (and warm!) carpets for the bedrooms and a thick and comfortable linoleum pattern that looks amazing. We can't thank Marty and United Floors enough for their commitment to client and service excellence. We'd happily recommend Marty all week and twice on Sundays.
