★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years ago they laid hardwood for us. They used inexperienced couple to do work. They chopped off stair edges not even straight. The boards are coming loose now. Dangerous! We wanted to talk to manager before paying. He pushed his way into our house and threatened us that if we didn’t pay immediately we would be sorry. Made me cry which is no easy task. We paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carpet installed in home 3 and half years ago started to lift soon after. Now it is at the point where I need to replace all the carpet. Not impressed. When my wife tried to rectify the situation she was hung up on by the company. They do not stand by their work. I have had a Journeyman Floor Layer look at the carpet in my home. He indicated the job was done incredibly poorly and the company should stand by their work and fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they were willing to admit their mistakes and fix the issues it may be a different story but that is not the case. Buyer Beware!
