★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linh and Minh are wonderful hair dressers here . I would highly recommend their service. When I was getting my haircut the other day Linh was considerate about brushing my hair which to me shows care for her clients. I have been going here for a number of years for my haircut and I am very pleased with their service!.

Only welcome client at reception & not worried about the quality of Hair-Cut afterwards.
Yesterday I had a haircut....! When I indicated imperfections in my hair cut and wanted them to fix it. Barber (lady) told me that it z problem with my hairs (v funny excuse), not her error. Finally she reluctantly try to fix it.
I will give them 0/10 points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience here I would NoT recommend. The one lady that did my hair didn’t get all of my hair while washing, didn’t brush my hair before washing and then ripped through my tangled half wet half dry hair. I was supposed to get a wash cut and blow dry. This women took a round brush to my head using it as a regular brush while blow drying my hair. I asked for an inch off and she cut atleast 3!! Not impressed I honestly could have done a better job myself. So disappointed.

I'm just a guy who always does walk-ins at random intervals. when I get the one regular woman who is just always there it's a haircut with mild tension kinda vibes & rather use other places. BUT, if I get anyone else it's the pleasent experience I always want to come back to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked her to trim up my ends but keep the length.. she basically combed my hair back and cut it straight.. I've had worse cuts but fat better as well.
Not a fan of having yo wear a mask.. if I was sick I would stay home and making you have to buy one is not appreciated.. if you want your customers to wear one.. provide one.. I dont have to wear one when shopping.
So if you want me to wear one.. you supply it.. I dont want to have to pay for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this salon. My friend went to get a layered bob. She came out with a chopped up mullet. Straight across cuts. The left side of her head is cut above the ear and it is a full on mullet. How do you get a mullet from a medium bob. She had long hair. We are now at another salon to get it fixed and she is going to have to have her hair cut short short short to fix this. This is not ok. I cant even begin to understand how you can get a mullet from a long bob? Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this location for years and I've never had an issue till now. I've shown the same picture of the type of hair cut I want to every person who's cut my hair and they've always managed to give me what I want. When I showed the picture of what I wanted yesterday (Jan 19, 2020), they gave me a super lax hair cut that didn't look anything like the picture I showed. I thought I could get over it but I went back and asked them to fix it but their only response was "That person in the picture isn't your hair. That was the best they could do". I asked for the person who cut my hair previously and they said they laid off everyone in their location but 2 people.
Terrible location and I regret paying $25 for the very unprofessional hair cut they gave me.
