I was not sure on which phone to get, but the sales associate at the store - Varun, was very helpful as he understood my requirements and suggested I get the iPhone 12 Pro. He also helped me save a good amount on my monthly bill. I highly recommend the store for its customer service and helpful staff.

Afterwards, I had some issues with billing but she resolved the problem happily. I got best customer service with her.

She went through all of our plans and showed us step by step the changes in our phone bill. She also made sure we were getting the best deal possible by helping us look for alternative plans and making sure that we all got what we wanted and needed. Yasmeen helped me in getting the best deal and she explained the whole process very efficiently and arranged the new device very same day. I will highly recommend this store.

β β β β β I got the deal for IPhone13 but its been 2 weeks I have not got my handset and they don't have timelines. Its pathetic service. The attitude and service levels just changed once sale is done. During selling it was told that they will call within 1 week for handset but never got call and instead I have to call repeatedly for status update. Only thing here is if u dont have inventory then STOP doing live on locations and clear back logs first.
