★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the service we received from Upak in Victoria - from the staff on the phones, to those at the office who assisted us in choosing packing supplies, to the drivers who dropped off and picked up the unit, kindly waiting for us to include the final few items before taking it away. The video instructions were also helpful to watch as we hadn’t experienced this type of storage option before. Great job! We would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and accommodating receptionist. The driver who delivered the trucks was great on both drop offs and pick ups. Very prompt, made two Upaks fit in two less than favourable driveway situations. Super easy experience. Would use again for sure.

Company shows no respect for non-clients affected by their inaction to remove box in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. An economical way of storing belongings you don't need to access a lot. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Great location too - just off where West Shore meets the #1. You can get back on the highway going either way. There's also ample parking and easy access. No dark hallways of lockers. Their box system is clever and affordable.
