★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad replaced bad alternator on my 2007 Rav4 last Friday and charged me $534 CAD for a re-manufactured alternator, $142 CAD for labor (also additional $9 CAD for shop supplies). Next day I went to a reputable local auto electrician and was quoted $180 CAD for an alternator and $85 CAD for installation. I understand parts and labor prices can vary but if a part is 3 times more expensive and labor almost 2 times then something definitely is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad has been my mechanic for over ten years. Great service, super knowledgeable, but most important completely trustworthy. I’m a landscaper and buy older used trucks for my work. Brad always keeps an ethical and common sense approach to what needs to be fixed for function and safety and never upsells me. When the truck is in for service he keeps me in the loop, I’m never surprised when I go to pay the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time taking my current car to Brad Webster Auto Repair. The customer service was top notch and excellent. The auto advice was also honest and to the point without any unnecessary fluff and over sell. Brad the owner, was very easy to talk to. The things that need fixing got fixed and the things that may need attention in the future were advised. This is how every auto mechanic shop should be, respectful, efficient, and truthful. The job was done on time, reasonably priced, and done right the first time without any sloppy mistakes (quality control). I would recommend a smaller auto shop than a larger corporate franchise where the customers are just another number.It is 10 times harder to try to win back a customer then to keep the customer happy in the first place, and the old customers become free advertising for new clients. I am very happy and will not mind being word of mouth advertising. I also find Brad the owner easy to talk to on various car and technology subjects in a customer to service provider small talk.
