★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uses the public road as their personal parking lot for their fleet of uhaul trucks, creating unnecessary congestion and multiple near accidents because these uhaul trucks line the road making it impossible to see if there is oncoming traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a Management who hired their staff , Today is 19 April 4:30 pm , During store hours Your staff lock Door and not even answering phone , permanent voicemail is We are helping other customers, but there were no customers or she was not even on landline phone . Looks like she was playing Games on phone . Disappointing......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because can't put less. Money grabbing. They charge you for work they didn't do and gas you didn't use. Be very careful when doing business with them. They told me they cleaned truck after me despite on it was cleaned by me and my friend who helped me to move. They just lie and nobody cares. Wherever I call to figure out what is going on they just kick you to other departments like it is not about us you can call by this number... and again and again. Cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such great customer service at the Sherwood Park location. We had a scheduling issue, and they were very accommodating to come up with a solution that would work for everyone involved. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with such wonderful customer service representatives :)
