★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always received very nice cars at Enterprise, and their service is friendly. On a couple of occasions, they've given me an upgrade a no additional cost since my requested class was not available. I think this is a standard practice, but it's worth noting that there were no hassles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Beware they will change you for 2 days even if you only rent for one day. There excuse is they didn't see you drop the car off. !!! Unreal lost my business going forward and all my efiliates also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had a car accident so he needed a rental car right away on a Friday before a long weekends so it was busy but they were able to provide a rental vehicle even though they were quite low on stock. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. My son was satisfied with the service. I had an opportunity to be with him during the rental process and it went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutley terrible service. Rented a car, got the confirmation, onky to find ou they didn't have a car available. Sean Chung the beach manager was extremley rude and unapologetic for his mistake. Will not rent for this location again.
