★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic pricing and service. I checked a few Better Business Bureau certified companies and the quote from Greenland was $1,000 less than their competitors. They communicated well, arrived on the day they were scheduled and finished the roof in one day to my delight. They also cleaned up so well I did not find a single nail around my house afterwards. I had an issue with flashing which was not related to their work but became apparent during a rain storm after the install and they came out in less than an hour of me calling them, during a rain storm, and fixed the issue at no cost to me. The roofers, office staff and quality inspector were all a pleasure to deal with. In all my years of dealing with housing contractors this has definitely been my best experience. Don’t hesitate to use Greenland. I was very impressed.

There is nothing a refreshing as finding a trade that shows up, answers the phone, and then proceeds to do FANTASTIC work!! Greenland did my roofing and I could not be happier with the service from Rob educating me, to the installers putting it on the roof. So happy we went with these guys! Thanks for the great workmanship & for the genuineness of the entire experience!! A++++++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% garbage company they did the siding on our shop all the drip edge was bent and pushed up and just left the siding was to be green they installed gray around all the bay doors the tin doesn’t cover can see tievec rap throu the joints they dint Secure edging around the doors so when it rains the siding funnels all the water in to the walls siding is falling off they won’t fix there work but will take you to court to get payed

Many days but they were done in 3! From the office staff and the team coming out to check out for a quote to Troy and his team removing the shakes and doing our shingles we couldn’t be happier! Thanks for all the hard work Troy and team, it’s so appreciated and thanks Greenland for everything from start to finish!

They advised us prior to the roof estimator coming by and were extremely respectful to pets and property. Their pricing was very fair, and go above and beyond by providing options on their quotes with detailed information with the different options provided. The employees that came to complete our roofing project were very polite and efficient. They covered landscaping to protect rocks and shrubs from shrapnel as they worked. When they were done, the property was left spotless. Overall very professional. They leave you feeling valued as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Greenland Roofing was absolutely fantastic! They took such care with our home and went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even took down our Christmas lights for us:) When they left, they left our property spotless and we would have never known they were here except for our awesome new shingles! These guys even took the time to re-shingle our shed seeing as it was looking pretty rough.
Thanks to you all, Rob the owner and of course his fabulous crew! Professionalism was top notch! Highly recommend them for any of your exterior projects.
