★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will screw you on the gas and charge fill up even though you filled the tank. They will tell you the tank is full when you pull out when its not.
Check your invoices as they will sneak charges in and you will have to fight to get them back.
All these 1 star reviews can't be wrong.

I tried to call them last week, and today and no one from location answer and customer rep also hang up. Do not go to this location for hitches or any other service...worst customer service in my life..I would give them negative star if I can...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved an outdoor 10 X 15 storage locker, and received a confirmation text. The morning of my reservation they called to say the locker was not available. The said the call centre in the US sometimes conflicts with what is actually available. If there is a 1800 number available for customers to call this is a terrible excuse and poorly operated facility

Girl had to go to the one on centrey st.took her a hour to get back which is only 10minutes away walked out the door with her lunch .came back and said the traffic was bad that was bull then a half hour later the macanic comes out and said he broke off a nut that holds the hitch on he csnt get it out.after that took 50 dollars off.oyea the chairs were terrible no coffee no drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never enough staff working, for a location this big they need one more than just one confused staff member working.
Customer shouldn't have to wait 15 plus minutes to buy moving supplies because this location seems unable or unwilling to properly stop this location.
Save yourself the aggravation and shop at Staples or somewhere else.
