★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The truck had 4 very worn tires. Possibly below what MPI would allow for rental. The air conditioning never worked. This company is owned by Don Vito. He is very wealthy and so there is no reason why this truck should be in less than tip top shape. I expect better.

The gentleman that checked me in when I rented and returned did an outstanding job!He was very clean cut and professional. This is who you want representing your brand as a business. I had no problem with pick up or drop off. I would definitely recommend this location if anyone is in the area and needs to rent a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Was offered Jeep Cherokee but noticed flat tire. Ended up with Hyundai Elantra. They have however fixed the Cherokee within an hour and was offered back to take for the reminder of the rental. Did not expect such a superb service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this car rental company. Had issues that needed to be resolved, several calls made, no reply even after leaving a voicemail. Called the office on Mcphillips and agent was not helpful at all, referring me back to initial office. If I had known it was U-drive I would not have rented with them as I was told they were not reliable. The app I used said Economy. I even filled the tank of the vehicle even when I was supposed to give it back at ¾.
