They ended up repairing my part instead of completely replacing it which saved me hundreds and my truck is in great working order! This may not always be possible but it shows they are honest and will help you out as much as they can even if it means not making as much money.

I brought it to Erickson Motors and they took my car in the same day and had the diagnostics and the repair done before noon the next day! On top of that, my husband and I spoke to a technician about the repairs done to the car and he took the time to explain it in detail. I really appreciate old-fashioned good, friendly and efficient service!

They had a busy day but managed to squeeze us in regardless. They had us in and out in an hour flat. Great service and very friendly employees. Saved our butts!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just needed an oil change, and this place seemed to have the best price.
I didn’t think much of it initially, but after getting my car back, I noticed they properly reset my dash(some places don’t), they put air in my tires, they cleared all the packed snow from my wheel wells, AND they called me a few days later to check that my car was running well etc. after the oil change! I was genuinely caught off guard by their incredible level of care.
I have never had such wonderful and attentive customer service at a mechanic, and more places need to be like this.. After having some unfortunate experiences with my previous mechanic of many years, I’m happy to say that Erickson Motors has found themselves a new regular! I will definitely recommend you guys to those who I know are also leaving my previous mechanic, and bring all of our family vehicles here.
