★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them up to get some tires switched over from winter to summer Tires using my same rims. I thought I might get a good deal there and then I called to ask about availability since all my tires were loose already to see if i could drop them off. They informed me they didn't change over used tires of any kinds and I'd have to look elsewhere, what kind of tire shop doesn't change over used tires? How are you supposed to go from Summer to winter tires and use the same rims? Fair enough dont worry OK tire on Arlington I won't be bothering you anymore with my business. Terrible way to treat your neighbors and conduct business. I was trying to support a local shop, I'll just go to Canadian Tire Instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for rebalancing of my wheels. I had a wobble on my wheels, went here and instead putting weight balance they recommended bead balancing because they said my wheels are pretty heavy and the only way to balance it is to use bead balancing but that didn't fix the issue. I was skeptical of what they did so I went to other shop and they told me OK Tire didn't put enough beads, even showed me that my big tires should have enough beads to balance. Someone in this shop probably got lazy, put few beads and call it a day.
But now my wheels are already 100% balanced because the other shop did it the right way putting weights on it instead of beads which OK Tire put on.
That's not all, when I dropped those wheels in the same morning they had me waiting for an hour just to free up the space in the shop so they can take my wheels in. Take note, I had a booked appointment to drop those in. How much space those wheels will accommodate compared to one car and just kept me waiting for an hour to drop off my tires???
Don't be fooled for so much sales talk at the front desk. Won't mention any name but he knows who I'm pertaining to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerry and OK Tire have a new customer life! I am very finicky when it comes to my vehicles and good customer service. I couldn’t have been treated better and the customer service was honestly 1st rate.
When you invest in a top quality product you expect top quality service and Gerry made sure that was the case for me. He also knows sooo much about tires and the industry which also impressed me. I assure any new clients will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had usually had an excellent experience at this Okay Tire for their spring/fall oil change and inspection special, but in the fall I had a disappointing visit. I felt that the inspection and reporting of my cars condition was quite weak. I complained about this, and Sonny has made it right with me. I’ll continue to take my car there for this great deal. They really care about your satisfaction with their service.
