★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my personal experience with Greg and his team at Winter's Auto Service. I ran into an issue with a pre-mature broken strut in my car and it made a clunking / rattling sound going on bumps or uneven terrain. I had sent it to get checked at the dealership and they had quoted me a total replacement for the strut with the cost + labour + alignment.
I figured i would bring it for a second opinion just in case. I called Winters and asked if this type of service is something they provided as i have had previous body work done with them before and always left satisfied.
So not only did Greg greet me with great poise, he was able to communicate the issues and gave me honest feedback as to what the issue was. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to be in constant communication with any documentation or material I requested for my records.
His team was able to resolve my issue, at a reasonable and fair price and even gave a complimentary was and cleaning. Above and beyond is one way i'd describe their attention to detail and customer service. I would recommend doing work with them as an alternative to your dealership. At least consider them to provide you with an honest assessment and second opinion.
I think that especially in this kind of industry, honest feedback and business goes along way and i fully intend to recommend Winters to my network.

Joey the tire specialist listened to my concerns and ensured he would handle them with care. Joey stuck to his word and the tires were installed without a single mark. Great service!
