★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maryam introduced me to my resmed cpap machine explained it well and made me feel comfortable to be able to use it... very reassuring. When I had questions after the first night of using it, the office answered my questions and again were reassuring. It seemed to take longer than expected to hear back about the trial..but when I heard from them.. details were clear about fine adjustments that may be necessary in using machine correctly, and that I would now get the "same" machine and one replacement hose to move to long term..Maryam phoned the other day to say..I would get a call soon to do that exchange..Again everyone was very encouraging and reassuring..thank-you John

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the folks at Medigas in Winnipeg. As a truck driver it is not easy to get important supplies on the road sometimes. But called from the truckstop in Headingly and the extremely helpful and professional woman who answered the phone (truly sorry I didn't get her name to acknowledge her specifically) walked me through how to find the kind and size of my old mask, matched it up to one they had in stock and even had it delivered right to my truck at the truckstop.
Amazing customer service! And a very heartfelt thank you to the woman on the phone, as well as the delivery woman bringing it right to me at no extra charge. Can't thank you all at Medigas Manitoba LTD enough.

Friendly staff and management, felt very comfortable and they were very accommodating and honest. Locally owned and operated as well. What an amazing place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we received was incredible. Just when I felt defeated with insurance coverage ending soon, and not realizing I had severe sleep apnea, Bobbi-Jo went above and beyond to help me. She was reassuring and made things happen so quickly, in order for me to have everything I needed to process promptly for my insurance. I felt so much better knowing I didn’t have to wait two years to start treatment. I’m thankful I did, because now I realize my lack of energy in the afternoons wasn’t caused by eating lunch, but rather from my sleep apnea. Now I can go through my entire day without feeling like I need a nap! Wish I would have done the sleep study way sooner.
