N	Natalia Marciniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phone this place asking whether they will be able to fix a ride on toy for my son that I bought from the second hand shop and all I know is that it doesn't work. They said yes. Then I brought it to the store, I don't drive so traveled in TTC with a baby in the stroller and this ride-on underneath. They took it and said they will call be back later on that day with an update. Nobody phoned. The next day still nobody phoned, so around 3pm I called them. They told me they tried to fix it by charging it but it isn't really their expertise so they cannot. They said that the problem is in the mother board and it will be super expensive for me to fix it so I should just abandoned it completely and buy the new one. Notably, the new one costs $250. As I started to ask more specific questions I got the feeling they just came up with this "mother board" reason to feed me with something. I came to pick up that toy and didn't give up on fixing it. As it occurred the problem was in the dead battery probably aged. So as I changed the battery for the new one, the ride-on started to work as there was never an issue. It all costed me $20 total, $10 for a battery and $10 for shipping. I am so disappointed with the service this place offered. Not because they weren't able to fix it, that's completely fair, but because they had no idea what was wrong but tried to mislead me with coming up with some smart sounding reasons instead of simply saying they don't know. This is wrong.

Thought I needed a new wifi controller. He fixed it in less then 5 min while helping other people with phone repairs. Solid guys, great work. Thanks!

We decided to contact U break it We fix it and we are so happy we did. 45 minutes later her phone was fixed very affordably. Definitely are new go to for tech services!

But it was lint in the charging port. It was cleaned at no cost to me. They could have charged me for the new charging port. I would have not know the difference. Honesty and good people working there. Would go back if needed again.

They called me back 35 minutes later with the phone completely fixed like nothing ever happened. The gentleman at the front was so helpful and thorough with his checklist after the phone was fixed. I highly recommend.
