Tom Enns might have the world’s best e-mail address – [email protected]. It’s simple, it rhymes, it’s memorable and it stands out. In fact, it often stops conversations. Just like the furniture that the TwoTom Hospitality & Furniture Solution produces. In fact, if you’ve ever stayed at a hotel, eaten in a restaurant, gone to the mall or lounged around a pool – we bet you’ve done all four, possibly in the same afternoon – there’s an excellent chance you’ve sat on a piece of furniture from TwoTom.

Proudly based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, we design, source and manufacture all kinds of seating for the hospitality industry – chairs, sofas, sectionals, benches – whether you’re indoors or outside.

If you haven’t heard of TwoTom, we’re hoping to change that. TwoTom used to be the hospitality division of a large Winnipeg-based manufacturer of home furniture for the global market until Tom and a couple of business colleagues spun it off in 2012.  TwoTom joined forces with their key partner, Art Upholstery, a local manufacturing company that produces some of the furniture for TwoTom. TwoTom has partnered with multiple suppliers located in Winnipeg, Alberta, Ontario, New York and Mexico to deliver high quality products to their clients. Through its various partnerships and relationships, there are hundreds of employees contributing to helping supply our customers across North America.

Tom had a good idea of what he was getting into, having worked in business development in the furniture industry for more than 30 years. But now he was blazing his own trail in the commercial furniture space – the kind you sit on when you’re out and about – but it’s much different from what you lounge on in your family room while watching the hockey game. 

First and foremost, it’s made differently. It has stronger frames with different specifications, uses higher-density materials, has stain-resistant covers so that thousands, or tens or even hundreds of thousands of different butts, can sit on them every year without them breaking down.  

Family is one of TwoTom’s cornerstones. Tom’s wife, Shireen Enns, who has more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the furniture industry, joined the company in 2019.
