★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a great selection of otherwise hard to find items. I'm a bit surprised the other reviews say the staff were so friendly. I didn't experience that at all. I felt like the lady working there felt like I was intruding and interrupting her day. I would go back if I needed something there yet I can't find elsewhere, but I don't have any plans on returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this store. The staff are all knowledge about baby wearing and cloth diapers. They will help you try in and pick out different carriers and wraps. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Very child friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in here just to see what carriers they had in stock last week. I had an Ergobaby that was destroying my back after 10 minutes of wearing. I ended up buying a new baby carrier, my 4th carrier purchase.
I’ve been using it for 3+ hrs the past few days and have had no issues. I really thought I’d never be able to baby wear before I came in here for info. Service and knowledge is the best, wish I knew about this place when I had my eldest.
Staff were so nice and helpful, went as far as reading to my toddler as I was looking around the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome selection of baby and kid necessities. We love the variety of carriers, diapers, and reusable lunch kit supplies. The staff are very knowledgeable but I find they tend to wait for you to come to them, most likely so you can browse at your own pace. Don't be afraid to ask them questions, they have a ton of knowledge!

They showed me exactly what I was looking for and helped me learn how to use it. They are so knowledgeable. They also helped me get the right shampoo for my wool covers. Just an amazing store and women - I’m glad I could support them.

The ladies were lovely and helpful and found some bras that work for my current size and will grow with me but fit comfortably now. Wonderful selection of baby items. Beautiful store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard good things about the store and we happened to be in the area (from the other side if the city) so we went in to get some help. I needed nursing bras and a baby wrap and were hoping to take a look around the store for other things we might want, it’s our first pregnancy. When we walked in the lady behind the till puts on her mask and asks us if we have a mask. We do not, I asked if they have have ones they supply, they do not, only ones for sale. Unfortunately I’m not spending extra money on buying a mask and restricting my oxygen while breathing for two, so we left and went to a store that did not discriminate or deny us service. Found a store that welcomed us with excitement and enthusiasm and provided amazing customer service, no questions asked. I understand you’re following the “mandates” and “keeping people safe”, just “following the science” too I bet. Your choice to lose out on hundreds of dollars. Likely to get more business if you didn’t comply to the tyranny. Sorry to say, putting your mask on when someone walks in makes, no difference if you were wearing one or not.
