S	Sabrina Ancel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was told by the manager of this St Albert Trail location, that he would not serve me. Why? Because I'm mask exempt. HE WOULDNT SERVE ME BECAUSE OF A MASK EXEMPTION. I was properly clothed and I wasn't abusive (reasons to refuse service). Shop owners have the right to choose how they treat their customers and because of his discrimination, he has lost a customer. I will go elsewhere to consign.

Apparently they expect pregnant women to pull down totes of clothing off a giant shelf, and then spend an hour bent over at the waist to sort through the piles of clothes on their dirty floor. No one said hello when I walked in or offered to help me. I would give no stars if I could.

I always recommend parents to come to this store when searching for great finds with great prices. I have heard from many mothers and fathers that this place is wonderful. Candice Thew is also a really great employee. You can tell she cares about where she works and the customers that come in.

I absolutely love how I can find matching items to my own in one place without having to look around at 30 stores. The customer service at this place has always been amazing as well. Highly recommended.
M	Mallory H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I brought my clothes in and they told me it would take them 4 hours to go through and then I have 24 hours to come back well I depend on people for rides I'm here now I don't know if I can come back in 24 hours. They agreed to go through it within the hour then they wouldn't take half my stuff because of stains or wear, not 1 item was stained I made sure of it because others had told me they wouldn't take stained items and there was barely any wear as I hadn't even used the clothes myself. Prices are ridiculous they want 3 or 4 dollars for a pair of George brand pants that are 5.00 brand new. Staff was not friendly at all I definitely will not come back.
C	Chelle 1818 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard of this business from a friend of mine so I decided to take some of my baby items to them cuz why not? When I arrived the staff were immediately rude. Again keep in mind I have never been to this business and don’t really understand how the process works. Instead of greeting me and explaining the process of how they assess the items and also explaining that depending on how busy they are in a day customers may need to come back to receive either money for the items or given the items back if they can’t/don’t wish to take them, I was told “we don’t have the time for you today you’ll have to come back tomorrow or the next day, wait for a text message”. Again I did not understand how the process worked, I thought they meant I would have to pack up all the items I had brought and return another day with them. I began to ask why and was then ganged up on by multiple staff members telling me “it’s first come first serve, you’ll have to come back, that’s just how it is”. Now had they just explained to me the process in which they operate the interaction would have went much better. After confirming that I could indeed leave the items and I would just have to come back after their assessment I was fine with that. But I definitely did not need to be verbally reprimanded. Extremely disappointed.
B	Brooke Hale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES IN. DO NOT SELL TO ONCE UPON A CHILD. I went in there this morning with a hefty bag of brand name clothes and a $300 toy, and they offered me $16. The way they price clothing and sort through them is absolutely useless. They didn’t even go through my whole bag and clothes were still folded in the bottom (the same way i folded them.) This business knows how to rip naive people off that need a little bit of money. Absolutely NOT coming back here to purchase OR sell anything. Save your time and list online. I would rather travel an hour to a GOOD once upon a child, like the sherwood park one, where they are actually organized and tidy. If i could give 0 stars i would.
