In October 2019, Arrow Engineering became a division of Englobe Corporation. Englobe Corp. (Englobe) has been providing consulting services since 1961, and is a national leader in environmental, geotechnical, pavement and materials engineering and building science with specialized expertise in civil, municipal and transportation engineering.

j	james scramstad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a shareholder in a commercial building in Leduc, and I engaged Arrow to complete some engineering work in Spring 2020. I signed a contract with one of their lead engineers, but no deliverables of any kind were completed. I tried polite communications via email and voicemail several times requesting a progress report. The engineer and his admin person became non-responsive to any communications with no explanation of any kind. In the end I fired Arrow after they tied me up with their unprofessional conduct for over 4 months. Again, no explanation was communicated, and no apology offered. I have since hired another engineer and am in process. Unfortunately, due to Arrow Engineering holding up my timeline, I will not be able to get this work done on the building before winter 2020/21 and this puts my company and building at an extreme financial risk. I am aware that we are all in a unique situation with Covid, but All Arrow had to do was be honest and tell me they could not complete the work and I could have found someone else months ago. No excuses Arrow Engineering - Shame on you

In this day and age, it's quite sad, but all some companies would have to do is even respond to you in a relatively timely manner to be considered 'decent', and unfortunately Arrow cannot even do this. For this and many other reasons that become very apparent after dealing with them, a 1 star rating is generous.
