A	Adam Malley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I run a small construction company, and we always make sure to inform our clients of the importance of doing things the right way. A huge part of that is getting necessary permits or engineering, and although we do a lot of our own drawings for permits... sometimes we require engineers to verify things because they are outside of the building code regulations, and engineers can do calculations to make sure it's still done correctly and safe. Now I'm on a project where we have a permit drawing in place, but upon demolition, we've discovered an engineers service is required. I called a few different places (all previous engineers I've worked with in the past), but this time I thought I'd try someone new. I'm sure happy I did because so far, our experience has been top notch. Dan has been very accommodating to our requirements, and really works WITH the customer rather then doing things his own way regardless of the complications it creates for the customer, contractor, or building department. From my experience, that is the most important aspect of using any company. It's not about who's the cheapest, or who has the best credentials... it's about someone who knows how to work with others, and knows their limitations, and works with you to resolve them if there are any. Obviously we're still in the middle of working on our first project together, and things can change, but for now, I'm more than happy to provide a 5 star review, and urge others to call Durham Engineering if they're in need of that type of service. I'll be sure to add to this once the job is completed and confirm everything continued on a good path... just as it started. Adam Malley Bildam Home Improvements

There were multiple times where he made emergency visits to my home at 7pm at night. I would recommend Durham Engineering to anybody, and i have already.
