One teenager had to get a ride in the back of a pick up truck because the truck that illegally took them to the move in the back compartment couldn't take them back to where they were picked up. Never using them ever again.

I loved the process, well it was very easy for me since my hubby took lead. The girl sales lady came to my home and looked at all our stuff and next thing I know the men had done a careful and flawless job moving my furniture.

My friend recommended them to me when I put up my house since they used Rockbrune last summer and said the crew was the best they had before (they move alot lol). It was super easy throughout the whole process from the estimate to the delivery.
S	Sanjin Zeco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rockbrune messed up my mom's move to her new condo. Their quotes are undervalued because the estimator doesn't know how to provide accurate estimates. Furthermore, he scheduled the move for Tuesday, September 12, but the the movers incorrectly showed up on Saturday, September 9th. The contract is very complex and the fine print is not even legible. They quoted one price, but then ended up charging another price. They were not able to deliver all her stuff on the day of the move within building security guidelines. Building security never had any issues with other movers in the past. Rockbrune movers had to come back to finish, 2 days later, but held my mom's stuff (including medication) during that time. My mom had to pay the elevator deposit again and the movers wanted $450 more. My mom tried to refuse to pay, but they packed up the truck and threatened to leave. They left my mom no other choice but to pay $450 more! This unsatisfactory experience leads us not to recommend Rockbrune.

They were happy and pleasant 3. They kept up a good pace for entire day 4. I was ready for them - packed/labelled etc and they completed the task in less time than the original quote! Given my line of business, I will and do, recommend to my clients

We cannot thank Rockbrune Movers in Ajax Ontario enough for our extremely smooth and easy move as they helped us relocate offices this past week. From our first initial meeting with Wally, he communicated exactly what the process was going to look like and Rockbrune Movers in Ajax Ontario delivered on every promise. Not only did all of the movers show up promptly to start when they were scheduled, but each mover was pleasant, polite and went above and beyond to help us with every step of the way. They made sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way! They took care of small details such as disassembling furniture if needed, and also worked extremely efficiently, getting all of our office furniture from one location to another promptly with no issues. We are a Real Estate company in Oshawa who moved from Whitby and we are constantly helping our buying and selling clients with moving company referrals.
