To use our free pick-up service, call your Budget rental location directly at the location phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

Booked a car last minute due to a breakdown, Pre-booked a car online, was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. Can’t fault it.

Just look at the other reviews and there is clearly a pattern of his horrible behaviour towards customers. I feel sorry for the employees that work there, because they were quite great and it’s sad knowing they have to work for such a low life.

Vanessa, was very prompt in getting a quote off to the insurer and I had a car that day. Upon returning the vehicle (sorry I don't have the gentleman's name), I was greeted with a smile and courtesy. Excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is garbage. The manager has no customer service at all. He seemed like he didn't care for his job or anyone renting there. Who wants some running their business like that. He racially profiled my husband and assumed he had drugs in his rental and my husband doesn't smoke. The behaviour is so disgusting coming from another black man. I am so ashamed appalled at this. I can see why this place is so dead. No one wants to deal with the manager's attitude. The only reason I went here was Enterprise was booked up. Enterprise is the best place take your business there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service guy was not friendly at all. $500 deposit for the vehicle. Called to confirm my vehicle would be there. Was told it might not be there when I came at my pickup time. Was told a different model would be available if I come early or if my vehicle isn't there. Came early and the second model I was told I'd have wasn't even available. Got an entirely different car I didn't even want.

Didn't hold the reservation. Was a complete jerk. Managed to find another truck for us, but told us one drop off time while the paperwork said otherwise. Again, was an jerk when we called back to confirm the drop off time.
Overall, the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. Save your self the headache and rent from a place run by a decent human being

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% garbage I agree completely with Nikita. Crooks! Same black guy profiled me and said I smoked weed in the car. Cause im a long hair hippy. Trying to steal 250 cleaning fee. There at no point was weed even inside the vehicle. Please never rent from here or budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Budget went above and beyond on Sunday -April 10th to help my son and his family who were stranded in Edmonton when their vehicle needed repairs. When I called , I put them in quite a bind and they managed to have a vehicle available with only minutes to spare before closing for the day. They were kind and very considerate and truly made a bad situation better. Thank you Edmonton 151st street Budget.
I always deal with Budget, through work and personally and they have always been great.
