I've been trying to pick up a package for 2 days now. I called UPS yesterday and told me to pick up my package at this location. So I went there yesterday and it was closed. I went to the convenience store where parcels are supposed to be picked up instead and my package wasn't there. I called this morning and the lady on the phone told me that I can pick up my package here. I told her that this location was closed due to covid-19 and asked her twice to confirm if this place really is open. She said yes and reassured me that they just had water damage yesterday. So I just drove there an hour ago and guess what, they're closed. I just hate UPS and I'm upset at the incompetence. I was able to pick up my package at FedEx with absolutely zero issues. Even the agents at UPS don't know that this location is temporarily closed. Waste of precious time and gas driving around. I'm currently on the phone as I type this trying to contact them AGAIN and I've been waiting for 50 mins.

I had been tracking a package that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday (Monday). It didn't arrive and then today (Tuesday), I check again online and the delivery changed to Friday. I was hoping to get it before the new year as I am leaving out of town so I called UPS to see if I could even pick it up. Nope, was told I just have to wait till after they make first delivery attempt. I guess they can just change their delivery date to whenever they like. I would choose a different courier next time.

Awful. I paid extra for express shipping. I am busy and I work two jobs so I chose express so I could track it and be home on the appropriate day. What a joke and a waste of my money. The driver didn’t take the two seconds out of their day to buzz my apartment and just slapped a β€œsorry we missed you” notice on my building’s door. I spent half an hour on the phone tracking it and explained my situation. The reps on the phone said they would put a rush on it, and an hour or two later I got a call saying it was DELIVERED to the Ups store. So after spending about half hour on the phone, I spent another hour of my day driving to both locations of the UPS store in my city, and it wasn’t at either one. Then I wasted even more time on the phone when I couldn’t find my package, and the customer service reps had no idea where it was because dispatch marked it as delivered when it WASN’T. They said they would contact dispatch and I have not heard back from them. The UPS store is now closed and I cannot get my package. I work TWO JOBS. I do not have time to pick up the package later as today was my one day off this week. I now have to waste more time out of my already busy days trying to figure out where my package is, and attempt to pick it up. I have wasted a total of two hours today on the phone and driving around because the lazy driver didn’t want to spend two seconds to buzz me.

Took 13 days, Paid the fee on the phone, the delivery guy asked for money at the door even though it was paid. Returned my package, will never do business with them again.

Despite the pleasantry of the staff I've spoken to on the phone, you get nowhere. They have policies in place to make it impossible to pick up parcels from holding centers - even though the package has been there 24+ hours and they missed putting it on the truck for shipment. I have attempted to do a safe curbside pickup, and have been told no due to COVID. Although, I'm more than welcome to pick up on Monday? This is the most recent issue - not mentioning the previous issue with this order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've gotten late/lost packages from UPS. Someone really needs to redesign their supply chain, as they are truly failing at their sole purpose as a business.

These guys lie all the time and say they attempted delivery .. I was waiting for 2 days for my Mac to arrive and both days they lied and said they tried to deliver it.. I ended up picking my parcel up to avoid another lie … (I have cameras UPS) .. it’s not the first time they’ve lied either .. I hate dealing with this company .. it’s too bad Apple uses them.

Why anyone uses UPS is beyond me. How they remain in business is one of those unsolved mysteries for the ages. As a shipment recipient through them )not by choice) several times, I have NEVER had a positive experience. Not once.
