Yeah OK - what are you even paying these delivery people to do? Might as well just send me an email to tell me to pick up my package at the depot...

I pay for delivery, yet have to drive across the city to get my package because someone isn't capable of doing their job. Never mind the fact that it's been out for delivery for 3 days. Edit: I'd give them a solid 2.5 now, they brought my package the next day after I called them
G	Guilherme Meira Lima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I have been trying to reschedule a delivery, but customer center has not been helpful. They asked to contact Walmart, but then Walmart asked to contact Loomis Express. Who should I trust? Why not simply calling me to schedule an appropriate date for delivery? Now that they were not able to deliver the package to me, I will have to go there and pick it up (very limited hours of operation, btw. they dont work on the weekends) or pay 10 bucks for a 3rd attempt. Next time, I will think twice before using their service again
p	payal patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable delivery service, lack of ownership and very poor customer service. With my small business, I tried using Loomis Express. Pharmasave on 66 street & Ellerlise Rd is the shipper for Loomis Express. Without any background knowledge of customer service for both the shipper and Carrier, I once used Loomis for important and timely delivery for my small business. That was certainly a mistake. I used Netparcel to print shipping labels and make payments and dropped off 2 boxes to Pharmasave for Carrier pick up. And Guess what? I realized that Loomis Express didn't pick up my boxes even after 6 working days. The staff at Pharmasave didn't help much apart from saying that they called driver and driver didn't come. I called Loomis Express 3 times to help me with the situation, they hung up my phone. At last, I got tired and took my boxed back from Pharmasave. I went to UPS and sent through UPS. I was looking for ownership and sense of responsibilities from them as Carrier. Also, I was looking for willingness to fix the issue. I got very disappointed. If you are looking for timely service, this is not the place. Definitely cheaper than other Carrier but not reliable.

Then sit outside the door in -30 like an animal because your not allowed in their facility. Before you buy an item online, ask who will be delivering it to your door, make sure it’s any other business but loomis
M	Mugs RS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "We attempted to deliver and you weren't home so you can either pay again for us to try again or come pick it up yourself" There was five of us home. Nobody rang a bell. Nobody knocked. I called them and told them that and they said they would try again the next day, nobody showed up. I called them AGAIN and they said they'd call me when I can pick it up from their depot because you can't even pick it up on your times, has to be their time. Nobody ever called me.
k	konstantyn k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left very simple delivery instructions “ leave package at back door”. 2 days in a row I get a note I “ missed delivery at front door”. What’s so difficult about following instructions? Maybe try something wild and crazy like calling the person when you are there to deliver? I sure would not be a proud owner of a business that barely rates 1.6/5 . Extremely disappointed.

Delivery was promised to be left on unattended step without signature, ,but then taken to depot. Parcel was assured to be on site at the depot next noon but after driving to get it, it was across town on the truck. Could I get it when he got back? Not if he is a little late and we have closed the door. They cared little that five people had come from out of town on two months notice to build something that required something in their hands. I must at least acknowledge the local manager for bringing the parcel to the customer counter when it finally arrived At the last minute.
