★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first walked into the store around a year and a half ago with little brewing knowledge and no equipment. Dean took the time to give me a tour of the store, a rundown on equipment that I would need to get started, suggested some classes, and gave me a quick walkthrough on the brewing process (probably saving my first batch from a few mistakes). Service is incredibly helpful and never pushy. Even throughout the pandemic HBA has maintained great delivery and pickup options.
I haven't even bothered trying any other local homebrew stores or online suppliers because the service here is that good. Cheers!

Every time I’ve ordered online or in the shop I’ve had great service! This place is my go to for home brew supplies.

Also, I had planned to brew with a buddy of mine and both of us have young kids, so we had to plan our brew day months in advance. Dean was super helpful and made sure I got what i needed in time. Awesome service, couldn't recommend them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dean is an amazing, friendly, and honest business owner. He provides some of the best customer service of any business I’ve ever encountered. Last time I was in, there was an item that mysteriously rung in on my bill more than once. By the time I got home, Dean had already sent me an email letting me know of the mixup and that he issued a refund to my card. You can’t find that type of good character anymore! Not only that, he is happy and excited to share his knowledge, talk through different recipes and ideas, and is truly passionate about what he does. I will ALWAYS purchase my home brew stuff here whenever possible. You should too.

Great little chat at checkout and I was on my way. Amazing customer service, I will 100% be back for more supplies! Thanks for a great experience!
