β β β β β The doctors seem competent, quick and cordial. The receptionist is not. The receptionist gets too chatty with friends and acquaintances, so it holds up the wait time. A patient was called 4 times, because the receptionist was keeping her chatting. The nurse finally had to come and make a loud announcement in the waiting room. It must be nice. There's a difference between professional courtesy, from personal socialization. It isn't the only time with this particular receptionist.

β β β β β I go to this clinic often in the walk-in and they are nothing short of wonderful with me every time. I wondered why some patients seemed to go ahead of others and it is my understanding that there are family doctors that book regular appointments with their patients throughout the day as well as a walk-in clinic. I have seen other patients come in and be extremely rude to the staff, props to them for all they deal with on a daily basis. Thank you ALL for all you do!

β β β β β I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff.. They answered each and every question I had and I had pleasant conversations with the front desk staff while waiting to see the doctor.. My Doctor was outstanding, attentive, took additional time to go over each of my test results individually. He did not rush me and thoroughly dealt with all of my questions and concerns

β β β β β I called in the morning and was able to book a same-day appt, and was even given the choice to see a female doctor. Dr. Laura was respectful and calming throughout our appointment. She took her time and made me feel heard. It meant a lot to me to be seen by a female BIPOC doctor. Support staff were respectful and service was prompt.
My only complaint is that the medication I was prescribed was not covered by my benefits, so I had to pay out of pocket. I wish Dr. Laura and I could have discussed if there were any alternative options that would be covered, but I didn't know that it wouldn't be until I showed up at the pharmacy. However, the pharmacist confirmed that the medication I was prescribed was the best option.
I would definitely come back to this clinic and see Dr. Laura again!

β β β β β Always a pleasant experience at this clinic. They are very professional, compassionate, and accomodating - which is super hard to come by nowadays. They don't rush you at all and genuinely listen. Big thank to the entire medical team for their unwavering kindness and support

β β β β β I had a very excellent experience at this clinic, Dr Lockhart was very incredible and knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything I needed to understand about my ultrasound results, and genuinely cares about his patients. The front line staffs are very polite and understanding. They pay attention to details. I have lived in 5 different cities in Saskatchewan, this clinic is the best I have visited so far.
