Walked in looking for shades for a fun vintage "novelty" lamp, and walked out a half hour later with a piece of art lighting that will be a focal point in our home for years to come Creative/"sideways" thinking (with a dash of humour), combined with expert -- and welcoming -- customer service, and... Yep; happy to recommend highly. ?

Six months ago I purchased some vintage pendants from an antique dealer and have been going back and forth with the seller to get the lights re-wired per his commitment. In despair and frustration, I finally gave up and walked into Turn of the Century Lighting. Micheal was incredibly empathetic and helped me with my situation. The lights are now ready for my electrician to hang! I am so relieved that the saga is over and will definitely work with more reputable antique dealers - such as Turn of the Century - in the future!

After talking to us and really listening, they showed us a standing lamp that was more perfect than we could have dreamed. They had not finished restoring it so we had to come back for it a few weeks later when it was ready....When they brought out the finished product we got goose bumps and even a little emotional. It's now a focal point in one of our living rooms at our Bed & Breakfast. This store is not cheap.....but the prices are fair when you consider that you could hunt for a LONG time for the quality of pieces they have. They won't be sitting in the first antiques barn you will come across or even in most curated antiques stores. If you're willing to invest, it's a piece of art that'll probably cost less than most wall art people buy. We will returning to this store....it's a real Toronto treasure.

Finally found something affordable on eBay. I just called them today as I'm looking for a replacement lamp switch only to be told they don't sell parts. Guess they wouldn't make enough money.

I finally saw the perfect piece and Scott was so helpful and patient with my questions and requests. He sent me additional photos, helped me to work through some sizing issues, and was able to accommodate my shipping needs. When the fixture arrived, it was so carefully, thoughtfully, and safely packaged, it absolutely blew me away. Look forward to my next purchase - thanks so much Scott!
S	Sheila S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the Stilnovo 8 light chandelier online July 2021. The chandelier I received looked nothing like the one on their website. I returned the chandelier and pointed out the Stilnovo 6 light chandelier that was hanging in their showroom and asked to have it reproduced in black. The 6 light is $400 cheaper then the 8 light and they wanted to charge me 20% restocking for returning the light that they screwed up. I finally received the 6 light January 2022 and again it is not the same as the one hanging in their showroom. No explanation was provided why either of the lights were not reproduced the same. I never write poor reviews but I’m so upset with the service that I felt it was necessary to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
