J	Johnathan Raye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandwiches, nuff said. They need fresh jalapenos not the pickled kind. Their advertising always stresses freshness. Why can't their jalapenos be fresh. Also taste wise, the fresh jalapenos would provide another contrast to all of their other sodium ladened ingredients.
H	Hood Blank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice as far as Subways go, has some soft chair and couch seating options. 1 of the employees handles cash with the same gloves he makes your sub with (only reason I didn't give it 5 stars). Handy place to duck into if the junkies and hookers of Sherbourne are bothering you.

M	Mikang Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst Subway in terms of service. We frequent Subways for our work lunches and meetings. This location has always had mediocre service at best. No greetings, no thank you. But my biggest problem is the portions. I often order the Tuna foot long and almost all stores has a standard mini ice cream scoop which they add 4 scoops. This location serves 2 and then spreads it so thin on the bread that you get mouthfuls where you can't even taste tuna. Always stingy with all meat products. Maybe stingy is not the correct word, it feels more like we're being ripped off. As in terms of price, Subway is more expensive then quite a few of it's competitors. I don't know if Subway is run as a chain or independently. I do know that it is very inconsistent and absolutely horrid for brand loyalty. 1 star out of 5 for service and product. I was considering rating it higher, however what else do you go to a restaurant for other than food and service. If you must have Subway go somewhere else and not this location. EDIT: Also the staff handled my receipt/payment with her gloved hand then went on to handle food of the next customer and just left me half way through completion.

When I arrived to work and took some bites of the sub the veggie pattie was not tasting right. I tried to enjoy it because I didnt want to waste my break but I told myself that I didnt want to eat something that tasted bad. When I arrived to the location the same lady was assisting another customer but was eager to know what she could help.me with. I informed her that the sandwich didnt taste good and if I could have one without the veggie patty. She asked for my sub so she could inspect it. She informed me that she would not remake new one because I had ate almost half of it. I informed her that I just took couple of bites. She blankly said no sorry and proceeded to give the sub back. I asked her if I could have the managers number she stated she was the manager. I literally had to throw the sandwich paway, wasted my money.. I was embrassed never going back there again
D	Dwayne Harmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location for a while, so it pains me to write a bad review for it. But the last couple of times I have gone, I have been immediately sick from it. The customer service has been great, if not over the top, but I can't eat here again.
V	Venus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a really beautiful and cute girl here. She is so kind and give perfect recommendations. She recommended broccoli soup and it was really delicious. I think her name is Sonia. Don't loose her Subway!
