★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this is a really good building. I've lived in several condos before and this one has really responsive property management and front desk staff who get to know you. The building is mid-size so you don't feel like you are living in a massive downtown tower. There is a good social committee of residents in the building. And the rooftop is one of the best views in the city. Maintenance of the common areas is good (especially compared to a few other downtown buildings I have seen which are newer yet look terrible??). Good community.
