โ โ โ โ โ Writing this review a year late but was reminded of the great service I received. My wedding dress was cleaned and packaged beautifully. A very delicate and lacey dress. My husband was also impressed by the way his velvet suit was cleaned and that the staff kindly gave us a discount. Great service and kind staff!

โ โ โ โ โ Came to drop off some items, says they'll open at 8 on the website and window of store but have been waiting outside for 10 minutes and no one's here and no one's answering the phones. Just change when your opening time is so this doesn't happen to other early birds.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor cleaning service and bad customer service.
I used to go here for several years, I was so disappointed at this place and I was so shocked how dealt with my complaint in the store. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
I put this dress into the garbage can.

โ โ โ โ โ I dropped my parka last week and when I got it back the zipper was not good any more. One part of the zipper is lost and it looks much older than before cleaning. It is a bad experience and I will never go back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Was quoted a lower price over the phone than what was charged when I came to pick up the clothes. The person on the phone and the person who charged me was the same person and she would not honour the original price.
I would strongly recommend paying before the dry cleaning is completed to ensure that the original price is honoured.

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic place for dry cleaning! Fair prices with great outcome. Brought over approx 8 articles of clothing from cashmere and wool jackets, to dress and denim pants. The kind lady was even able to fix the broken zipper of one of my dress pants. Highly recommended and will definitely be back! Thank you :)

โ โ โ โ โ This is a long overdue review from me. I believe we visited and used their service Feb/2020.
The experience was terrific. Dropped off my tuxedo and my wifeโs wedding dress for dry cleaning. We got it all fresh and comes with a box that is to save the quality and color of the dress.
Very good customer service.Spoke to the staff, i believe sheโs the owner - very friendly and accommodating.
