★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a blazer for dry cleaning on Saturday and was given a pickup date of Thursday. On Thursday, I arrived to pick up my blazer and had lost the pickup slip. I showed the owner a photo of my item and she stated that they were not able to locate my item and to come back the next day. I mentioned that I required the jacket for a flight and finally noticed that the item was still sitting in a pile of clothes. When I asked her if it was clean, she insisted that it was. I was skeptical but decided to take her word for it given the positive reviews for their services. When I got home and took a closer look at the blazer, I immediately noticed strong cigarette odours and visible stains. It was clearly unwashed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and integrity and will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried them out because they were closer than my normal place. Not a disaster, but certainly not impressed. I had some minor stains and spots that were not addressed at all, and the inside of my jacket was left with numerous crease marks. Outside looks great, but no attention to detail or consideration for the overall quality of work.
Also, there is seemingly new stains that I am unsure about. I noticed what is either light burn mark (or new stain) on the front of my expensive ($400) bespoke cotton shirt, and new dark stains on the bottom of another. I have no recollection of each detail on the items I brought in - so I don't know if they either caused this damage, or they missed it and made no note of it on pickup.
Overall I am disappointed with the quality of work done both in the cleaning and pressing. Owners/staff were friendly and prompt, so I was left with a nice impression of them, but after examination of their work, I am not sure I would bring my clothing there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $10 for my trousers wash and iron. Upon asking the male employee about why it's not iron. He responded with proudly and confidently that this is after iron, "if you don't want crease next time please mention it when you dropping it off".
Why on earth would you want that on an ironed cloth?
This was my first and last time going to this shop!
Not recommended at all.
The lady on the phone quotes you a different price and then in person it's different.

They didn’t assume we would like it. Also, no extra charge :) Professional service and great workmanship. Very quick and kind service too! We highly recommend Tip Top Dry Cleaning to everyone!
