D	DrunkyCat L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thighs were thin as paper, which made them dry and hard. To cover the small size, they were heavily breaded, which caused them tasteless. Everything was wrong, KFC is not KFC anymore. Bought 10pc and 5 wings all going to the bin now.

The fries are soggy, the chicken sandwich was not crispy but soft, the food is not hot, toonie Tuesdays has had a price increase, if customers are going to pay money for fried chicken items than they should be receiving better quality than something so mediocre. There are times that the place has been dirty looking. From the floors to the tables for customers to use.

Complete garbage. Pop wasn't cold. No ice in it. Whole thing went in the garbage. Don't waste your time eating here. Go ANYWHERE else.

I ordered their crispy chicken sandwich and found a PIECE OF PLASTIC in the sandwich. I called the store multiple times and no one picked up, and the customer service never replied to my inquiry that was submitted online. This location is VERY DIRTY, you can see ? ? inside where the food is made. The quality of the food is awful and will probably give you food poisoning…

Hated KFC and never going to purchase anything again, cleanliness and hygiene matters most it's sad that they don't notice what we noticed at once and it was for my little toddler we went and gave it back right away very disappointed and definitely KFC is getting to its lowest level ? even some other kfc's I tried are at 0 in taste ,freshness and satisfaction now tastes like a lump of fried flour tasteless but this is the worse experience a few days back

Usually get a box for lunch on occasion, always tastes great, a lot of value for $13-15 never leaves you feeling hungry by any means. If anything you will have that food coma feeling right after.

So when I had the online coupons come in my mailbox, I decided to give it a try, despite the pretty horrible ratings that I have seen on the Google Map reviews. I got the 2 famous chicken burger combo, which is supposed to have sweet pickles and garlic oil in it as well, but I was disappointed with the sheer amount of mayonnaise, and the missing garlic oil and pickles. On the other hand, the fries and popcorn chicken was fine, and the fried chicken itself was okay for its price. Quite a pity because I would've definitely been a regular customer with the great deals and proximity, but I wouldn't be returning until I see better reviews about its improvements.
