★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use. We requested lift gate service for two pallets. After 4 missed pickup windows on their end across 4 days, they sent a second non liftgate truck to pickup the shipment. Thankfully a neighbor allowed us to hire their forklift to load the shipment and avoid further delays on what scheduled as a two day something.
Zero accountability from the dispatcher and every promise they made regarding pickup times was broken. In total it took over 20 calls to get the shipment picked up.
