★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in 1 necklace and 1 bracelet , both silver totaling 29.5 grams , wanted a necklace that was 36 grams and was told he would take the tax of for me?? Lol in other words he wanted to give me 25 bucks for my 29.5 grams then charge me 144 for 36 grams, turn around and prolly make another 100 off of mine, essentially doubling his profits, furthermore the melt there own jewelry!! So if ou want jewels made from a reputable dealer oh I dunno somewhere in ITALY perhaps,, this is not the place for U! Won't ever go back that's for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey guys !! I use to go to buy and sell Kings on Markham and Lawrence area. Once I found this place !! It became my new spot to pawn my gold if I needed too . The woman here was very friendly and gave me the money I needed . Also they gave me a month and the borrow fee wasn’t as bad . Definitely a place I’d recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar experience as Matt. Huge rip offs. Quoted me one price for buying lots of jewelry from me. After going back and forth and the lady there causing confusion. Made me sign a blank receipt from a book. I didn’t realize what I did.After the lady there gave us about $2000 less than what we originally discussed. From behind the glass she showed me the receipt I signed after she wrote in the number $2000 less. Go somewhere else.

The first time I had ever had to use a pawn shop was about 12-18 mos. ago, and my expectations were not good: Was ashamed, and thought I was going to have to haggle! Best of all, I was NOT humiliated -- MY GREATEST FEAR! Staff had class, were well-dressed, polite, understanding, and were willing to work within my needs! Will NEVER use ANYONE ELSE! AM HEADING BACK IN ANOTHER EMERGENCY: LIFE HAPPENS! And TRUST GOLD COMPANY is there to help!
P.S. ALSO, have some extraordinarily beautiful pieces for sale, but expect to pay the price for what you get! FAIR IS FAIR... & I truly believe they are fair... And CARE! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?

The gentleman are very respectful and honest, which is very hard to find these days. I have been late with payments and they always call to remind me. My children come with me sometimes and always get little candy. The jewelry is unique and excellent quality.. They have my life long business..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are great people, I was late on picking up my jewelry, actually not just late but about 4 or 5 months late! And they could have kept my things, sold them,Melted them down, done whatever they wanted, instead they kept it for me and allowed me to square up with them when I could. Most places would have just kept the jewelry and sold it to make way more money. Prices are extremely cheap, definitely my new favourite place to go!
