V	Vince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for over two hours despite getting an appointment, if you know the receptionist you'll get seen before anyone else, very unprofessional. Doctor is nice, but being disrespected by the receptionist made me not want to come back here

l	lucy greyt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst receptionist and patient experience of all time. The receptionist said the doctor would call back but didnt follow through. I had to hound them for 2 days calling over and over and they stopped picking up. I said that i had cough symptoms and the receptionist told me to come into the clinic in the middle of a COVID pandemic. Anybody would know better than to suggest that. the doctor needs to replace the receptionist to see the clinic thrive.
J	Jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find this place unprofessional, I don’t know if it’s the receptionist or it’s the receptionist following the doctor’s instructions. I ask to sign my forms which are an emergency and the doctor fills it out in a rush and poorly fills it out, then later just apologizes. When you call the front desk they tell you to make appointments and you wait for 2 hours wether or not you have an appointment. Some days she would say they aren’t taking appointments and just come in. There is no system, it’s terrible. Also even if you go early before the line up, the doctor won’t even show up until an hour or so and he would show up with a whole lunch at his work station. Disgusting. The doctor doesn’t even seem like he wants to take his patient and rushes through. What annoys me the most is that the receptionist would tell you that the doctor won’t sign these forms, if he’s the only physician then who else is going to sign the form. This medical centre is ridiculous. Poor reception service and poor patient relation.

Receptionist tells you to arrive at opening but doctor arrives an hour and a half later as 20 patients wait inside. Especially in these current times (covid), I'd expect more efficient and effective service. However, its been this way for many long years. It's surprising they still have patients.

Non existent covid protocols The clinic is not equipped to handle the volume, let alone provide a decent quality of care. Receptionist tries but obviously overworked and communication and admin work suffers due to it. Same goes for the Doctor.. The pharmacy portion is the only good thing about this place Stay away from this practice..

They gave me an appointment for 1:00pm and had me waiting for 2-3 hours just to see the doctor. What is even the point of giving me an appointment time? The doctor also seems very lazy and does not seem to care about the patients.

They’re over covid capacity most of the time. And receptionist can be really unprofessional with the way she handles certain patients and over the phone she’s even worse. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
